Это тесто очень легко сделать. 3 чашки просеянной муки и 1-2 .л. соли надо заварить 1 и 1/3 чашки кипящей воды. Подробности в моем видео. Попробуйте сделать, это очень легко.
This dough is easy to make and work with. It would require 15 minutes out of your life to make it. You will need 3 cups of all purpose flour (650 g), 1 teaspoon of salt and 1&1/3 cup (approximately 325 ml) of boiling water. No yeast or baking powder/soda. This recipe is ancient as China itself.
You can use this dough for Chinese pies/pancakes stuffed with herbs, green onions and sesame seeds, or with finely ground meat of any kind. You can make wontons with this dough too.
