- Leave on as you fall asleep
- Repeat the phrases you remember throughout your day
- Do this for 30 days to see massive results

★Video Description★:

This “learn Spanish whilst you sleep” video is specifically designed to help you learn basic Spanish phrases as you are falling asleep and remember them when you wake up. The brain does have the ability to absorb information whilst your asleep, as you may know from experience when real sounds from reality have entered your dream and woke you up. This works under a similar principle however the binaural beats ensure you are not woken up and that it is only the learning part of your brain that is listening to the video. Your brain has an optimal frequency for learning, (when you are totally focussed and absorb information easily) your brain also has a frequency for understanding a new language, your brain also has a perfect frequency for remembering newly processed information and finally there is a frequency of the brain that allows your subconscious to absorb information whilst you sleep. When you then understand that binaural beats can put your brain at any frequency you want, it then becomes clear how this actually works. You are using binaural beats to basically get the most out of your brain.

★Main Features★:

- 100 Spoken Spanish Phrases:
We use 100 spoken phrases and words in this video. These are basic words and phrases simply to help you if you are visiting Spain or if you are hosting Spanish students for example, or just to add to your mental portfolio of basic language skills. The English word is said first, then the Spanish phrase/word is repeated 3 times afterwards, simply as repetition is powerful for learning languages, we also encourage you to repeat these phrases out loud if possible.

- Binaural Beats:
Binaural beats used are: Theta 8.0 Hz, Delta 4.0 Hz, Delta 3.0 Hz. These binaural beats are claimed to improve learning, encourage sleep learning, improve our ability to learn new languages and finally to improve memory and help process newly absorbed information. The combination of these 3 specific frequencies is hugely powerful. There are played in the correct order allowing for complete processing, understanding and most importantly memorising.

- Soothing Music:
Soothing background music, there is some very soft music playing in the background just to distract from the sounds of the binaural beats and to ensure you are not distracted from the spoken phrases you are learning.

- HD Images:
The images are there as a nice background, only 1 image is used as not to drain your battery or cause any buffering issues, we realise in this video actual images aren’t that important as it is more about what is being said than what you can see.

Warning:
Please remember first and foremost Theta/Delta waves are associated with sleep like states, so it is not advisable to use this video whilst driving.

CTET 2019 | SOCIAL LEARNING THEORY OF BANDURA |

We’ve trained a human-like robot hand to manipulate physical objects with unprecedented dexterity. Our system, called Dactyl, is trained entirely in simulation and transfers its knowledge to reality, adapting to real-world physics using techniques we’ve been working on for the past year. Dactyl learns from scratch using the same general-purpose reinforcement learning algorithm and code as OpenAI Five. Our results show that it’s possible to train agents in simulation and have them solve real-world tasks, without physically-accurate modeling of the world.

Hey Adventurers!
In toay's adventure we play Baldi's basics in education and learning in real life. What does real life mean, well we take the video game and we play it in real life in all different locations! In this episode we play the game at a local school. The goal is to find the 7 hidden notebooks that have been secretly placed by Baldi. There are many things that can appear like traps, other players, and distractions. This game also requires you to know your math and some of the problems are impossible. If you get the question wrong look out because Baldi is coming!

Has anyone ever told you that you need to have a clear goal in order to achieve something or get better? According to Process learning, the opposite is true. The best surfers are not those that train to win a prize, but those that play with the waves every day because they love it. Process Learning argues that to get better at something, focus on the process of learning and not the outcome, the product.

What is Machine Learning?
Traditional programming requires human to define set of instructions
which requires a tons of code and leave a plenty of room for error.
With machine learning, we just need data, a tons of data to be precise.
Lucky for us, thanks to internet and smartphones, we have a tons of data.
In machine learning, instead of following hard coded instructions, a program can learn from data or adapt its behavior according to experience.

We can divide Machine Learning into three broad categories.
Supervised learning, Unsupervised learning and Reinforcement learning.

For most of human history, we have sought to treat and cure diseases. But only in recent decades did it become possible to ensure that a particular disease never threatens humanity again. Julie Garon and Walter A. Orenstein detail how the story of smallpox – the first and only disease to be permanently eliminated – shows how disease eradication can happen, and why it is so difficult to achieve.

The idea of learning styles is widespread throughout the field of pedagogy and people are often categorized according to their learning style. However, in scientific research, there has been no credible evidence that supports the existence of learning styles. This video defines learning styles theory, talks about some previous research in the field of pedagogy and explains why there is no true basis behind the idea of learning styles. In addition, Dr. Joseph Kim, an associate professor of psychology, neuroscience and behaviour at McMaster University, speaks about the non-existence of learning styles.

This video was created by fourth year McMaster students interested in education and knowledge translation: Dana Abu-Jazar, Ana Kovacevic, Amber Kayed, Jasleen Khaira, Babak Nouhi, Simranpal Dhanju, Ria Oommen, and Nisha Gajaria.
