We'll show you how you can create some amazing looking light paintings with your iPhone. Long exposure light paintings look so cool, especially if you're creating patterns by poi spinning. We'll use the Podpoi, a high-end pair of LED Poi lights by Flowtoys, and the help of our talented friend Pascal to create some awesome patterns.

To capture these pattens, we'll use Slow Shutter Cam by Cogitate Software, which is a very capable app for creating light trails, among other things.

The phone cannot be moving while we're capturing the light painting. To hold the iPhone perfectly still, we'll be using a Pocket Tripod. This iPhone tripod can adjust to any angle and fit in your wallet so that it's with you when you need it.

This definitely feels like the minimally viable product. The in-car security camera feature is useful for monitoring your vehicle for up to 72 hours, but everything else feels spartan and unfinished.

The big issue I have here is the ongoing subscription fees and metered access to your own camera. Want to extract footage from your camera ? You'll be metered by the minute while you do it with their credit system. Run out of monthly credits and you'll need to buy more for $5.. and they don't roll over. A year of service is included (with 60 credits each month) but after that you'll be paying $99 a year. It's just too much given what the cost of entry is for this device.

In this review, I compare the Nest Cam Indoor with Amazon’s Cloud Cam.

They’re both great indoor cameras, and pretty similar in a lot of ways. We’ll be talking design, video and audio quality, night vision, storage, artificial intelligence, and smart platform integrations.

Both cameras feature the industry standard of 1080p HD video and go above and beyond with 8x fields of zoom. On top of that, the Nest and Cloud both have two-way audio and excellent night vision.

Unfortunately, neither camera has local storage, but the Amazon Cloud Cam’s storage is more affordable than that of the Nest Cam Indoor.

While the Amazon Cloud Cam only integrates with the Amazon ecosystem, the Nest Cam integrates with Google Assistant, Alexa, Fire TV, and Philips Hue lightbulbs. We’ll get into each camera’s app, it’s monthly subscription plans, and the cameras’ values and convenience.

I installed this Vehicle Blackbox DVR full HD 1080p Dual Dash Cam Mirror with front and rear cameras over a year ago, here's a follow up video on that DashCam Mirror after 1 year of use.
Its cheap but does it still work? what problems have I had? What changes have I made? Would I still recommend it? Also answered a few of your questions in the video too.

I ended up splitting it in two as it turned out way longer than I intended, I put the Q&A in a separate video. The first video I go through what problems I may have had and what changes I've made or learnt. Then I go through the settings and the buttons. Then finish with the FAQ's in part 2 and conclusion.

Hopefully this will help some of you guys thinking of buying one of these dash cam mirrors or have questions on the unit.

This dual camera mirror I purchased was unbranded and was just called a Vehicle Blackbox DVR full HD 1080p rear view mirror dash cam but I've seen the same dual camera mirror branded as a Buyee Dash Cam Mirror, an IsYoung Dash Cam Mirror, Partim Dash Cam Mirror, a NexGadget Dash Cam Mirror an Oumax Dash Cam Mirror, TripCam PRO Dual Lens Dash Camera and CoPilot CPDVR3 RearView Mirror Dual Camera System, there maybe more brands too, I'll update the list if I see any or post others in the comments if you know of any.
Additions to the list: Furiauto Dash Cam Mirror, Sendow Dash Cam Mirror, Oxygentle Dash Cam Mirror, Syin Dash Cam Mirror, NextBase Dash Cam Mirror, QCY A70 Dash Cam Mirror, CD102, JVIN Dash Cam Mirror Car Video Recorder, PZ916, RH-A20.
So if its Buyee, IsYoung, Partim, NexGadget, Oumax, TripCam PRO or the Co-Pilot CPDVR3 as well as Furiauto, Sendow, Oxygentle or NextBase they all appear to be the same unit, tho the software seems to change slightly, intro screens etc and I've heard of people having a slightly different lists in the options and the rear camera varies, some are square (I don't know if they are different specs) I chose one with the round rear camera because I preferred how it looked. Also the video quality, I don't know if it changes between brands or not. But for example the TripCam PRO or the CoPilot CPDVR3 that I just discovered is twice the price I paid for this one so maybe the image quality is better too?

The only difference between the 2 versions are the mounting options. This version can be installed either in a wall or in a ceiling or under the eaves or soffit. This is wired and needs a junction box or as a replacement for your existing light fixture. Ring doesn't recommend installing this without a junction box. It can be done but just not recommending it.
