Soldering a Bitfury ASIC QFN / MLF chip to a 4 layer quikfury bitcoin mining PCB

This video demonstrates soldering QFN chip to a 4 layer board (qikfury board). The chip shown is a Bitfury 5GHash bitcoin mining ASIC chip (hashes at 2-2.5GH/s). It is soldered using reflow-soldering with solder paste and tack flux and a weller wha-900 hot air tool with a 70mm nozzle. Contacts are finished with a WES51 soldering station with a narrow tip. Sorry about the hum from the fans, they keep the room cool and habitable :).
