В этом видео показан простой вкусный рецепт приготовления крем супа из тыквы со сливками, сыром и вяленым помидором.

Продукты:
1. Тыква - 1.5 - 2 кг
2. Морковь - 2 шт средн
3. Картошка - 4 шт средн
4. Лук - 4 шт крупн
5. Сливки 10-20% - 200 мл
6. Карри - 2 ч.л.
7. Куркума - 1 ч.л.
8. Молотый перец чили

Куски тыквы со шкуркой запечь 1 час в духовке разогретой до 190 С
Корни сельдерея, петрушки, пастернака залить холодной водой, довести до кипения. Посолить м варить 30 минут.
В кастрюле обжарить лук до прозрачности. Добавить нарезанную морковь. Добавить нарезанную картошку. Залить овощным бульоном и варить до готовности моркови и картошки.
Мякоть тыквы добавит в кастрюлю и при помощт блендера превратить в крем.
Добавить сливки, карри, куркуму, красный перец.
В тарелки добавить вяленый помидор и овечью брынзу или сыр рокфор, горгонзола.

Тыква, натёртая на тёрке - 700гр.
Картофель - 3-4шт.
Сливки нежирные - 1/4 стакана или 70мл.
Масло сливочное - 1 ст.л.
Асафетида -1/3 ч/л. (или 3 зубчика свежего чеснока)
Зелень
