This video shows automotive repair professionals how to replace the air suspension compressor on a 2006-2012 Land Rover Range Rover L322 chassis with an AMK compressor complete with mounting bracket from Arnott Air Suspension.
The AMK Air Suspension Compressor for the 2006-2012 Land Rover Range Rover L322, Arnott part P-2646, is designed to replace the problematic Hitachi OE compressor. This AMK air supply unit includes a bracket so it can easily replace the OE pump and bracket and will fit within the compressor box. This new compressor includes a release solenoid and an integrated dryer and filter. The compressor comes pre-wired with new air hoses and fittings for plug and play operation. This AMK compressor comes with vibration isolators, mounting hardware and a new compressor relay. If replacing the OE Hitachi compressor a dealer provided software update is required.

This video shows how to fit Bagpiping Andy’s Wabco Air Suspension Compressor repair kit for the replacement of the piston ring seal in the air suspension compressor fitted in following models: Audi allroad, Audi A8, Audi Q7, Landrover Discovery 2, Jaguar XJ series, Mercedes S & C-Class, VW Touareg and Porsche Cayenne.
Air suspensions can gradually become inefficient and fail. In the case of Arnott-Wabco air compressors it is often due to wear of the piston ring. This gradual wear leads to inefficient compressor operation with symptoms including excessive noise, a reduced rate of rise or even failure to rise.
This affects all models using this Wabco compressor including:
Audi allroad C5 (2000 to 2005)
Audi Allroad C6 (2006 to 2011)
Audi A8 / D3 / 4E (2002 to 2010)

Решил пояснить для уважаемых подписчиков:
Туарег был куплен неделю назад хозяином и для удаления влаги и определения состояния компрессора, хозяин напросился ко мне, где собственно ручно его снял и разобрал для оценки.Что-либо делать с ним не планировалось(ремкомплекты и т д).Занимающая гараж машина(на 4 дня)мне тоже не нужна была.Да и просьбы не было.Видео было снято мной прицепом, пользуясь возможностью.Про кольцо и цилиндр, из видео, ясно как по менять.Клапана-пружины-тоже видно как разобрать.Селикогель у меня был в запасе, его не жалко.
Что дальше?!А дальше будет видео по кольцам-цилиндрам-гильзовке-и т.д.Но это будет в следующей части.

Ремонт и обслуживание компрессоров Hitachi Восстановленный компрессор пневматической подвески Hitachi для автомобилея Land Rover Discovery 4 (2009-12). Номер оригинальной детали - LR015303. Пневмокомпрессор устанавливается на все указанные выше автомобили, а кроме этого подходит для замены компрессора AMK, штатно установленного на некоторые новые модели Land Rover и Range Rover. Компрессор проходит профессиональную регенерацию и проверку, в процессе ремонта на него устанавливаются: новая поршневая группа, осушитель, технически исправный, плавно работающий электромотор. По техническим параметрам и по качеству работы восстановленный агрегат ничем не отличается от нового. Соответствует оригинальным номерам: LR045251, LR015303, LR037065, LR023964, LR010376, LR025111, RQG500080, RQG500110, RQG500040,RQG500072, RQG500090. Внимание! При установке компрессора на автомобиль, необходимо обязательно заменить реле на новое (ориг. номер YWB500220), только в этом случае на агрегат действует гарантия 6 месяцев без ограничения пробега. Реле Bosch Longlife входит в комплект.

На автомобиле стоял компрессор Hitachi официальный представитель даёт новый артикул, пришел компрессор производства АМК. Будем устанавливать с последующей прошивкой софта на Discovery 3. Время на замену компрессора и замену софта 1,5 часа. Стоимость такого комплекта 65000 + обязательно меняем реле а это еще 1100

Freunde, ich habe nun den Kompressor komplett zerlegt und direkt auch die Fehlerursache für unseren DRUCKVERLUST gefunden. Wie ich hier ohne KOSTEN die Reparaturen druchgeführt habe und der Wagen somit ohne Fehlermeldung wieder fährt seht Ihr nun im Video.
