Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42-R7GZ - относительно недорогой, но достаточно мощный и хорошо сбалансированный игровой ноутбук, работающий на четырехъядерном процессоре AMD Ryzen 5 2500U в связке с дискретной видеокартой AMD Radeon RX 560X с 4 ГБ видеопамяти GDDR5. Объем оперативной памяти составляет 8 ГБ DDR4 (пользователю доступно два слота). Для хранения данных имеются 2.5-дюймовый жесткий диск объемом 1000 ГБ (5400 об/мин) и твердотельный накопитель M.2 объемом 128 ГБ (SATA3). За вывод изображения отвечает 15.6-дюймовый матовый дисплей с разрешением 1920x1080 (IPS). Следует отметить довольно тихую систему охлаждения и невысокие рабочие температуры этого ноутбука. К плюсам модели также относится долгое время автономной работы - порядка 5 часов. Помимо этого, Acer Nitro 5 может похвастаться удобной клавиатурой со светодиодной подсветкой красного цвета.

The AMD Ryzen 7 3700X is an 8C/16T part that runs at higher clocks than the previous generation's R7 2700X, making for an interesting comparison versus AMD's own predecessor. Critically, the R5 3600 also falls into territory of "good enough for gaming," which starts putting pressure on the 3700X by AMD's own product; that said, the 3700X does have some key advantages, like additional thread count for massive uplift in multithreaded production workloads (e.g. Blender), all shown in today's review. These benchmarks look at the R7 3700X vs. the i7-9700K, AMD R5 3600, and AMD R9 3900X, alongside previous AMD Ryzen and Intel CPUs. Our goal is to look at the best CPUs for gaming (standalone), production / workstation (standalone), and overall balance (mixed workload).

The 3900X strikes at workstation-class performance in some of our tested applications, giving former HEDT users a more "budget" option relative to the performance.
